Revealing the names of the Constitutional Court judges who voted in favor of Thaksin's petition to overthrow the government

Today (22 Nov 2014), the Constitutional Court voted by a majority of 7 to 2 to not accept the petition filed by Mr. Thirayut Suwannakasorn (petitioner) requesting the Constitutional Court to rule according to Section 49 of the Constitution, claiming that Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra (the first defendant) and the Pheu Thai Party (the second defendant) jointly committed an act that was an exercise of rights or freedoms to overthrow the democratic regime with the King as head of state, on 6 issues as follows:
